A consulting engineer since 1993 and a company director since 2001, Philip brings more than three decades of experience in both private consultancy and local government. His technical expertise, leadership, and meticulous attention to detail have established him as a trusted advisor to clients across the private sector, local industry, and government agencies alike.

Over the course of his career, Philip has played an instrumental role in shaping the development of Wagga Wagga — contributing to its transformation from a small regional centre into one of inland Australia’s most progressive and thriving cities. His depth of knowledge and proven track record make him one of the region’s most respected and sought-after engineering professionals. Although no longer a director, Philip continues to play an integral role within Xeros Piccolo Consulting Engineers as a principal consultant and engineer.

Philip is registered as a Chartered Engineer through Engineers Australia and is on the National Engineers Register. He also maintains registrations as a Professional Engineer in Queensland and Victoria, and is a long-time member of the Building Designers Association of Australia.
