Xeros Piccolo Consulting Engineers provided comprehensive design and documentation services for the warehouse development, encompassing structural and civil engineering elements. Our scope included the design of footings, slabs, structural steelwork, and precast concrete panels, as well as full civil design works, such as site levels and drainage.

A critical aspect of the project was the coordination and liaison with ARTC for the adjoining property. Early and proactive collaboration enabled an integrated drainage solution that met ARTC’s requirements while delivering a practical and cost-effective outcome for the project. This cooperative approach was instrumental in resolving site constraints and ensuring the overall drainage strategy functioned efficiently.

The structural solution, incorporating structural steel and precast concrete panels, was specifically selected to optimise construction efficiency. Off-site fabrication significantly reduced on-site construction time, resulting in a faster build programme, improved quality control, and enhanced cost certainty. The streamlined construction process minimised site disruption while delivering a robust and durable warehouse facility tailored to the client’s operational needs.
