Xeros Piccolo Consulting Engineers were engaged to undertake construction phase inspections for the project, providing assurance that the works were constructed in accordance with the approved design and relevant standards. Our scope included inspections of footings, slabs, structural steelwork, precast concrete panels, and detention basins, covering both building and civil components of the development.

Throughout the construction process, our experienced engineers worked closely with the design engineers and the builder to verify that all structural details were correctly implemented. This collaborative approach ensured compliance was maintained without compromising construction efficiency or programme delivery.

In addition, we carried out formwork inspections and issued the required certifications as part of our engagement. By providing both design-related input and on-site construction sign-off under one consultancy, we delivered a streamlined “one-stop” service.
