Xeros Piccolo Consulting Engineers was established in 2009, after a merging of businesses previously under the stewardship of Philip Xeros, and the introduction of Angelo Piccolo, a long term employee and senior engineer, as a Director.

Philip has a long history of successful operation in the private consulting field, as well as experience at a local government level. Philip’s experience and attention to detail has led to him becoming a much sought after consultant by private, commercial and government bodies. Philip grew up in the Wagga Wagga area and has continued to live here throughout his adult life. He has contributed to the expansion of Wagga Wagga from a small regional town to a major inland city. His experience and expertise is unparalleled in the local area.
Angelo Piccolo

Angelo became a Director in 2009 with more than 17 years of experience in construction engineering and design consulting. Angelo has brought a wealth of knowledge to the firm with innovative design ideas and solutions. Angelo was born in the MIA and has continued to live in the area throughout his life, with strong family tied to the area. He is committed to the growth and expansion of the Riverina and MIA areas.
Philip and Angelo, along with their dedicated team of structural and civil engineers are committed to providing a specialised consulting service predominately around the Riverina and MIA, but also extending to all parts of Australia. They firm is focussed on providing local employment and opportunities at a regional level, giving local people with the skills and talent necessary the opportunity to remain in the area.
Since Charles Sturt University has introduced the Bachelor of Technology / Master of Engineering (Civil Systems) degree, Xeros Piccolo has employed Undergraduate Engineers from the program since the initial class has commenced student placements. We congratulate Charles Sturt University on this innovative program that not only allows students to gain real world experience whilst still studying, but also encourages regional investment by placing students locally, which is keeping some of our most talented minds in a local area.
