Xeros Piccolo Consulting Engineers were engaged to provide comprehensive civil and structural engineering design and documentation services for the shopping centre development. Our scope encompassed the design of all concrete slabs, structural steelwork, tilt-up concrete panels, service decks, and the associated civil works, including site drainage and levels.

The complexity of the project required close collaboration and ongoing coordination with the architect and broader consultant team. This integrated approach ensured the architectural intent was preserved throughout the design process, while delivering a robust, efficient, and buildable civil and structural solution that met all regulatory and performance requirements.

Through careful detailing and coordination, the final design balanced functionality, durability, and aesthetics, supporting efficient construction and long-term operation of the centre. Upon completion, the shopping centre became a key commercial hub within the northern growth area of Wagga Wagga, contributing to the region’s ongoing development and community infrastructure.
