Xeros Piccolo Consulting Engineers delivered the complete civil and structural design for this 10-unit residential development, providing practical and cost-effective engineering solutions to support both constructability and long-term performance. Our scope included the design and documentation of reinforced raft slabs, carefully engineered to suit the site conditions and provide a durable, stable foundation system for the dwellings.

The civil works incorporated the design of on-site stormwater drainage infrastructure to efficiently manage runoff, protect the buildings and surrounding areas, and ensure compliance with local authority requirements.

Throughout construction, our team remained actively involved by undertaking construction phase services, including pre-pour inspections and site monitoring. This hands-on approach provided the builder and developer with additional assurance that works were delivered in accordance with the design intent, maintaining quality control and minimising risk. By closely reviewing critical stages of the build, we helped ensure the structural integrity, durability, and long-term performance of the development.
