Xeros Piccolo Consulting Engineers were engaged by Northrop Consulting Engineers to provide construction phase monitoring services for the building works. Our role included detailed pre-pour inspections of critical structural elements such as footings, slabs, walls, lift shafts, ramps, and stair structures, ensuring all works were constructed in accordance with the approved design documentation and relevant standards.

Our engineers adopted a proactive, efficient, and practical approach throughout the construction process, working closely with the builder and design team to identify and resolve issues early. This responsive on-site involvement supported smooth construction sequencing and minimised the need for rework. As a result, inspections were completed without disruption to the construction programme, helping to ensure the project progressed without delays and maintained a high standard of quality and compliance.
