48 Clifton Street - New Residential Build

Xeros Piccolo Consulting Engineers provided comprehensive civil and structural engineering design services for the development. The structural scope included the design of a first-floor suspended concrete slab and substantial perimeter retaining walls, which were integrated with high-quality architectural finishes. Given the visual prominence of these elements, precise structural detailing and careful coordination with architectural requirements were critical to achieving both structural performance and the desired aesthetic outcome.

The civil engineering works involved the detailed design of a rear access driveway on a sloping site, with careful consideration given to vehicle movements and clearance requirements. The driveway geometry and levels were specifically designed to accommodate low-clearance vehicles safely and efficiently, while managing site constraints and drainage.

Through close coordination between the civil and structural disciplines, the final design delivered a practical, buildable solution that balanced functionality, durability, and architectural intent, supporting efficient construction and long-term performance of the facility.
